I would like to comment about the service and excellent atmosphere that your people provide at the Zinfandel location. Being new to California is a struggle, but walking into your business and being greeted by Gracie(words cant describe how wonderful she is)makes me feel at home. She provides a fantastic ambiance and her attention to customer service surpasses even the high end restaurants. I truly hope you recognize the wealth that you have in your personnel like Gracie, and the others.

Would be nice to have your menu online. At a minimum we should see your hours. Dropping off someone in El Dorado Hills very early Sunday morning and not familiar with the area. Looking for a good place to have breakfast. I do web sites and work with a lot oc clients. Your web site is your 24 hour salesperson and it can’t help your business unless it sells the products. Thanks for listening.

At the presene time, I am relocating back to the east coast(NC)and your place has made it bearable out here.. I will truly miss coming in for coffee and being greeted by such wonderful people..

All of your waitresses are truly wonderful. They all greet you with a great big smile! When you walk through that door they all make you feel like you were invited by a friend to stop by and have breakfast.

The Staff at The Jackson Waffle shop are the BEST!
We thank you all for your wonderful service and for having coupons, your Chicken Fried steak is almost as good as Mine! it’s one of the best restaurant Chicken fried steaks out there, no frozen patty served at this restaurant!

another Great breakfast and the best waitstaff in Amador county and the best Cooks! about the only place that I will order over easy eggs! they cook them perfect!Yes, I know I’m picky! and they have not failed on delivering a great meal, also starting in April they are going to be open untill 8:00pm

I favor the location in Rancho Cordoba,[Right}.
I like Rancho Cordoba’s staff. Their friendly and nice to look at..
I often eat there when I’m not eating at the Y.

The Jackson Waffle Shop is the BEST place to go eat for Breakfast And Lunch! All the staff are wonderful and very attentive and prompt. Me and my husband come in all the time some of the staff(Roselle,Melissa and Sherry) know us by name. Melissa always brings us our drinks without even having to ask! The cooks can and willing make anything special ordered, from Breakfast Tacos to Fried chicken Ranch sandwhichs! As sad as it is they close at 3pm. No dinner for me. Thanks Jackson Waffle Shop for giving me us a great place to eat!

NEVER a BAD meal at Waffle shop! Came in on a sunday and they were real busy and out waitress in the back of the house had every table full but didnt fail us one bit. Always a smile and a witty comeback. love it!!! Food was great and sooo much for a decent price.
